D3 polyurethane emulsion PG85HV

PG 85HV is a kind of one component polyurethane emulsion with good fluidity and sagging, be used for cold and hot pressing.

Features: PG 85HV is D3 liquid -based latex. It is especially suitable for fast-hot press non - formaldehyde veneer. It is glued fast , non-transparent plastic, and has good water resistance , heat resistance , solvent resistance. It is suitable for European E0 free formaldehyde to release.

uses :  application of various thin veneer, hot and cold press

Moisture          the best moisture content of thin veneer is 8-14%,  the optimum operation temperature is 20-30°c, the  

                                  mimmum cold  press operation temperature for 5 °c.

Thickness     Plates thickness difference less than 0.15 mm. Veneer thickness difference less than 0.15 mm.

Spread:        ash, oak, and other grain flakes loose wood chips

                                   A: solid plate production process coating weight for 85±5g/m²

                                   B; honeycomb hollow plate production process coating weihgt for 90±5g/m²

Assembly time   Indoor temperature 30 °c above assembly time, please finish with 2 minutes. 

                                               Indoor temperature 30 °c under assembly time, please finish with 3 minutes

Prsssure                Solid plate production process hot-pressing 5-10Kg/cm²

                                            Honeycomb hollow plate production process pressure 1.5-2.5kg/cm²

Hot press time    Solid plate production process hot- pressing temperature 110-115°c, hot pressing time 50-60  

                                                seconds

                                              Honeycomb hollow plate production process hot-pressing temperature 100-115°c, hot processing  

                                              time 75-85 seconds

Strength of glue experiment     the room emperature 25°c, the highest strength is over 3 days
